Established in 1991, the company was initially equipped with spring manufacturing facilities and engaged in manufacturing all types of springs; subsequent expansions included stamping press, lathe and injection molding machines, adopting the newest production facilities such as ram-less universal CNC machine, double crank press, knuckle joint press with link drive, Tsugami Lathe, Wittmann Battenfeld injection machine and robotic arms. Our products are widely used for manufacturing automobile/motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, safety accessories, electronic and electrical accessories, gardening tools, sports equipment, medical devices, hand-tools, etc.
On the quality aspect, we have introduced microscopes, Profile Projectors, 2.5D Automated Measuring Instruments, Load Testers, Vickers Hardness Testers, Rockwell Hardness Testers, Torsion Testers, Salt Spray Testers, Durability Testing Machine and Universal Testers; we have also obtained ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Certificates on Quality and Environment Management as well as certification of IATF 16949: 2016 Automobile Quality Management Systems.
